We hope you have been satisfied with your purchases at lavaletaespadrilles.es, but if you need to make an exchange or refund, you have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to make it. 


To make an exchange or a return at lavaletaespadrilles.es is easy and simple, just follow the instructions below: 

1. If you wish to make an exchange or return, you must send an e-mail, using the same e-mail address with which you placed the order, from the CONTACT section of our website, https://lavaletaespadrilles.es/es/contactenos, indicating the following: 

1.1. Name and surname(s) of the person who placed the order. 

1.2. Order reference. 

1.3. IF IT IS AN EXCHANGE, you must indicate the model and size you have at home and the model and size you want us to send you. You must also indicate the address where you want to receive the carrier who will deliver the new items and collect the items you wish to exchange.

1.4. IF IT IS A RETURN, you must indicate that it is a return. And if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you must also provide us with a bank account number where you wish to receive the money for the return. 

2. Once we receive your email, requesting the exchange or refund, we will proceed as follows: 

2.1. IF YOU HAVE REQUESTED AN EXCHANGE, we will send a carrier to the address indicated. He will deliver the new items and pick up the ones you wish to exchange. The box with the espadrilles that you want to return must be well sealed in the same packaging or, failing that, in another bag or wrapping that protects it. 

2.2 IF YOU HAVE REQUESTED A RETURN, we will send you a return label to your e-mail address. 

To make the return, you must seal the box with the espadrilles you wish to return in the same packaging or, failing that, in another bag or wrapping that protects it. And stick the return label on a visible part of the box. You should then go to your nearest post office to give them the package you wish to return. They will know what to do with the package to send it back to us. Remember that you will not have to pay anything for the shipment. 

Once we receive it and check that the items are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund your money by crediting your bank card, PayPal account or transfer to the account indicated (only for purchases made by bank transfer or cash on delivery).
